This horse property is located in Hampden,  Massachusetts, and abuts Laughing Brook Sanctuary, which was built around the former home of Thornton Burgess, a famous author of children's books.

The 90X96 Horse barn is a Morton Aluminum on wood frame building, equipped with 12 rock solid yellow pine stalls with 2x10 construction, sliding track stall doors, and 8' steel supported walls.

Barn is equipped with emergency lighting, barn water, intercom to log home, a large tack room, and a 60x90 attached indoor arena equipped with gas lamp lights. No weather between the stalls and indoor arena. 

The horse property is on 10.38 acres, has paddocks for each horse, abuts a wildlife sanctuary in the rear, and has a bridge over a picturesque Vermont stream.
