Sambertino (Samber/Wellington) 16.2hh, pinto Dutch warmblood dressage stallion. 100 day performance tested Neustadt Dosse including scores of 10 for character and attitude to work along with 8 for walk and 9 for trot and canter. Graded with ZfDP, SHB(GB), KWPN registered. Worldwide frozen semen available from 2001.
Imported from the Gebr v Manen stud in Holland in September 1999 where he had been standing at stud for 3 seasons as well as competing at Z level dressage. EVA and CEM negative.

Breeding Profile
Sired by SAMBER still the only 100 day performance tested stallion in the KWPN. He passed the performance test in 1979 where his temperament scored him the maximum of 10. He was also described as a talented jumper and highly talented eventer and dressage horse. He went on to jump at Z level with a 15 year old rider and when he returned to dressage competed to Grand Prix. He is still alive and covering mares today.
Tina D - Samber's dam, a black tobiano preferent mare is also a highly respected mare in her own right by the age of 19 having bred 16 foals.
Pericles - Samber's sire was a British bred TB, who prior to export raced 14 times winning 2 and being placed 3 times. He covered 2,600 mares and achieved both Keur and Preferent status.
Wellington - Sambertino's dam sire was reserve champion a t his performance test in 1983 and has a jumping index of 165 and dressage index of 133. As well as competing in showjumping at international level he has been awarded the Keur status for his progeny who have also competed at international level both in dressage and showjumping. Notable progeny include in dressage, Bollvorm's Ceylon amnd Disconto and in jumping SP Deka, Lady Diana, VDL Glenridge, VDL Emilion, Interphase Blue Point and Ishan DC.
Nimmerdor - Sire of Wellington was an international competition horse in his own right. He has sires over 40 graded sons and 60 international show jumpers. He is a preferent Elite stallion
Patty Keur pref - Dam of Wellington also produced Elberton and the National champion mare Haciende.
